Rare Pulls Hub Refund Policy for Sealed Products
Due to market volatility within the Trading Card Game industry, we enforce clear rules regarding returns. Consequently, sealed items—including Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and Collection Chests—are eligible for return only if the outer factory shrink wrap remains completely intact and unopened.
Additionally, we cannot process refunds for sealed boxes once the publisher seal is broken or tampered with. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to receive a replacement or full shop credit.
Rare Pulls Hub Refund Policy for Single & Graded Cards
To protect the integrity of our inventory, all sales on individual single cards and professionally graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC) are final once dispatched. Therefore, we carefully inspect and photograph every card before shipping so it matches the exact condition described on our site.
Moreover, if you wish to verify the authenticity of a slab certification before purchasing, you can search the official PSA Card Certificate Verification database directly.
Shipping, Cancellations, and Processing Times
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please message support immediately. However, orders that have already been packaged and assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled.
